Director of Marketing

Paula Gean is the Director of Marketing at Dialexa, where she helps lead the marketing strategy for the company. Previously, Paula was the founding Director of the Addison TreeHouse, a resource center for entrepreneurs in North Texas. In her first six months at TreeHouse, the organization housed over 50 companies, served close to 100 members, welcomed nearly 2,000 guests, launched a successful youth mentorship program and helped graduate six companies in an accelerator program.

Paula is a 2014 Dallas Business Journal's Women in Technology awardee, is a member of the Global Shapers (an initiative of the World Economic Forum), sits on the Board for Vickery Meadow Learning Center and is part of Dallas Startup Week 2016's planning committee. She has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Texas at Tyler and enjoys yoga, writing, and pretending to be outdoorsy in her spare time.
