Dialexa is an international technology product design and development company based in Dallas, TX specializing in designing and building world-class products. The company serves as a one-stop firm for any company, organization or government experiencing problems that can be addressed by a technical solution; this may include mobile, software, web, hardware, embedded, M2M, wireless or robotics.
Dialexa co-founders, Mark Haidar and Scott Harper, appointed Jeanette Cajide, a graduate of Harvard University and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, to lead business development efforts for the Cambridge office as the company seeks to establish and grow its presence on the East Coast. The company, based in the Cambridge Innovation Center, is also planning to make additional Boston area hires in 2014.
Dialexa already boasts an impressive list of clients from Fortune 100 companies to venture-backed start-ups and world government agencies, emerging from stealth mode at TechCrunch Disrupt in New York earlier this year. Business development efforts to date have largely been referral based.
“This is only the beginning of Dialexa’s office expansion strategy in the USA. There is a high demand for our services as we see an increase in companies and government agencies needing technology solutions that require both software and hardware development. This is our sweet spot, bridging the digital and physical world, and finding solutions to major problems that require mobile applications, embedded hardware, and sensor technology,” said co-founder and co-CEO Mark Haidar.
Dialexa has quickly immersed itself in the technology community in the greater Boston area becoming a member of the MIT Enterprise Forum, Mass Technology Leadership Council and MITX, and working with community leaders including the New England Venture Capital Association to create a better Boston for technology companies and entrepreneurs.
The company will begin ramping up business development efforts in New York City starting January 2014.
