About Dialexa Labs

Dialexa Labs is an internal innovation and development incubator for new, bold ideas.  This is a self-funded venture lab and we use our own resources, team and time to solve complex and interesting problems.  The idea behind Dialexa Labs is that we develop a handful of internal products or services that could spin out new companies.  All employees can participate in Dialexa Labs according to their ideas and interests.  The process to incubate an idea internally is very democratic as we decide as a team, which ideas are worth pursing and spending our time, energy and resources on.
