A veteran in the technology space, Johnny’s extensive background includes sales leadership roles with Oracle, Hewlett Packard Enterprises, Dell EMC, and Autodesk. An accomplished business and sales executive, Johnny has led business and sales operations that have generated more than $1Billion in global revenue during his 25+ year career.
Most recently Johnny rebuilt, re-tooled, led, and managed a team at Oracle that produced continued year-over-year growth of 60% in the highly competitive Cloud market, and landed more new customers than any other geography in North America. “The decision to leave this very senior role at one of the most prestigious technology companies on earth was an easy one.” commented Johnny, “The work Dialexa is doing creates market leaders and I knew I had to be a part of it.”

Since joining Dialexa, Johnny has further built out the Dialexa Sales team with new hires Chace Acosta and James Jackson.

Other new talent joining Dialexa includes Client Principal, Chris Ripley. Previously the Dallas Managing Director of SEI, and a former member of the Client Leadership team at Slalom, Chris brings a wealth of experience partnering with client stakeholders as they modernize legacy systems, launch new offerings, and become product-driven organizations.
